At SYNERGY ENGINEERING, we are general technical planners dedicated to providing a comprehensive range of customer-oriented advisory and planning services related to technical services. With a presence in eight locations—we employ over 60 professionals worldwide.

Our top management team, responsible for the operational leadership of SYNERGY ENGINEERING, includes an executive board, a general representative, and branch managers, all supported by a three-member supervisory board.

Central branches assist our expert teams with complex tasks. For example, our innovation hub in specializes in Process Piping design, simulation, building physics, and monitoring. Additional services in lighting design, conveyor systems, building automation, and commissioning management are provided.

We also serve American clients abroad and cater to international clients both in USA and overseas.

Our highly qualified project managers are key points of contact, guiding projects from inception to successful completion. Our organizational structure promotes flat hierarchies and emphasizes employee participation, with all company shares owned by employees. This structure allows us to operate independently, fully dedicating ourselves to your projects.

We are committed to delivering quality and have optimized our processes in accordance with DIN-ISO 9001 standards. Our dedicated quality management team ensures quality assurance throughout all planning and supervision phases. CAD and BIM experts serve as vital resources for both our clients and branches.

Since 2015, SYNERGY ENGINEERING has maintained a cross-shareholding relationship with an engineering firm, enabling us to offer integrated services for buildings, transport systems, energy systems, and environmental technology.

In 2019, we welcomed a subsidiary focused on building equipment for production line projects, further enhancing our capabilities while continuing to engage in collaborative efforts across the organization.
